everything is brown
days are too young
sunshine's too spotty
wind is too weak
clouds are too violet
grass is too wringled
ground is too rocky
sheets are too dusty
stars are too distant
moon is too sexy
water is too icy
sand is too muddy
stones are too sharp
feathers are too light
children are too preachy
shoes are too loose
folks are too upset
crying out aloud about your lost sheep
why can't you stop the frown?
everything is dark
the color of our day is brown
